Patelco Credit Union Cash back will be reflected as a statement credit to your Patelco savings account. Please allow up to 3 business days for the Cash back award to be posted to your account. Cash back awards are non-returnable.

• You will be asked to provide your savings account number. If the savings account number provided is not correct, the Cash back will be applied as a statement credit to your lowest savings account with the lowest suffix.
Your savings account number is your unique member number + 2-digit account identifier (suffix). You can find your account number by clicking or tapping on your account in Patelco Online™ and then selecting the Account Details tab.
• Do not include spaces or dashes
• Example: savings account 12345-10 should be entered “1234510”
• Do not copy and paste your account number to avoid unexpected characters
• Do not enter your MICR Account Number
