ACCESSING BENDIGO BANK REWARDS
The Bendigo Bank Rewards Program allows you to earn 1.5 Bendigo Bank Rewards Points when you make an eligible purchase using your Bendigo Bank Platinum Rewards Credit Card.
Anyone who applies for and is approved for a Platinum Rewards Credit Card issued by Bendigo Bank for personal use will earn points and be eligible to participate in the program.
No, there is no need to register for the Bendigo Bank Rewards Program. By simply making an eligible purchase with your Platinum Rewards Credit Card, you will automatically earn Rewards Points. And as long as you have activated your card and registered for Bendigo Bank e-banking you will be able to access your Bendigo Bank Rewards Account to redeem points.
To access your Rewards Account, you must first be registered for Bendigo Bank e-banking. Once setup, ensure your card is activated and simply log into e-banking, accessible on the Bendigo Bank website. Click into your Platinum Rewards Credit Card account and select 'Access Rewards'. You will be required to setup and confirm Your Profile when you first log in.
Registering for Bendigo Bank e-banking is simple. All you need to do is call Bendigo Bank on 1300 236 344 , or visit your nearest Bendigo Bank branch to be setup.

Once you have registered for Bendigo Bank e-banking you can access it by:
1. Visiting the Bendigo Bank website and selecting the Login button at the top right corner of the screen
If you have a Windows, Blackberry, or other device, you can access e-banking by:
1. Opening a web browser on your device
2. Going to the Bendigo Bank website
3. Selecting the Login button at the top right corner of the screen
Log into the Bendigo Bank Rewards Website via e-banking using your web browser and click 'Manage your Profile' to update email notifications. For anything else, including updating your postal address, please contact Bendigo Bank on 1300 236 344 .

BENDIGO BANK REWARDS & POP-UP BLOCKERS
Pop-up blockers in your web browser might be preventing the rewards page from opening. The rewards portal often opens in a new tab or window, which can be blocked by default settings.
Pop-up blocker is a browser feature that prevents unwanted windows or tabs from opening automatically. While it improves browsing security and experience, it can also block legitimate sites like Bendigo Bank Rewards.

REWARDS POINTS
By using your Platinum Rewards Credit Card to make an eligible transaction you will automatically earn points.
Your current points balance will be displayed on the Bendigo Bank Rewards Website when you log in through e-banking using your web browser. You can also view your points balance, points history, points due to expire and points redeemed by clicking on the 'My Points' link once you have logged on.
Please allow up to 24 hours from when you see the transaction in your account for points to be added to your Rewards Points balance.

Bendigo Bank Reward points are valid for three full years. To check point’s due to expire, log into your Bendigo Bank Rewards Account and view within the ‘My Points’ section of the website.
If your Platinum Rewards Credit Card has been closed, you will forfeit any Rewards Points that have not been redeemed.
No, there is no points capping in the Bendigo Bank Rewards Program.
Yes, as soon as you redeem points for a Reward the points will be automatically deducted from your Bendigo Bank Rewards point balance.
No, points are only deducted from your account once you proceed through the checkout and your order is complete.
Eligible Transaction means the purchase of goods or services from merchants accepting your Platinum Rewards Credit Card (including GST payable for those goods or services by you) excluding any Ineligible Transactions. Rewards Points are not earned on any of the following transactions: BPAY transactions; balance transfers; cash advances; cash equivalent transactions; transactions for gambling or gaming purposes; payments made to the Australian Taxation Office; any fee or charge, including any government charges or duties; interest and finance charges payable or paid on your Credit Card; transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve the abuse or unauthorised use of your Credit Card; and payments and purchases which are refunded or reimbursed.
REWARDS
Log into Bendigo Bank e-banking via your web browser, click into your Platinum Rewards Credit Card account and select 'Access Rewards'.
To redeem points, browse the range of rewards available, then simply select the reward that you wish to redeem and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are happy with your selection click 'Checkout' to redeem your reward.
eGift cards are sent within 4 hours and Cash Back are fulfilled within 2 days. For all other rewards we will endeavour to dispatch within 7-10 working days of completion of your order. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre team on 1300 650 285 .
We can deliver to PO Box with the exception of bulky items. If you redeem for an item that falls into this category, we’ll be in touch to arrange alternative delivery arrangements for your item.
No, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a specific date or time for a rewards delivery.
There is no additional payment required for postage. The delivery charge will vary according to the rewards you are redeeming. The delivery charge is included in the number of points quoted for rewards.
Cash Back allows you to use your points to reduce the balance on your Bendigo Bank Rewards Credit Card. Cash Back will be allocated to your Platinum Reward Credit Card within 2 business days. Bendigo Bank Cash Back is not transferable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
An eGift card is an electronic version of a gift card. Unlike physical gift cards, these are stored and sent electronically via email, so you can view, redeem or print the eGift card in real-time.
All eGift cards will be sent to your designated email address. Please ensure your email address is correct within the order confirmation page as this cannot be changed once your order has been completed. Please note the confirmation email sent at the time you place your order is to provide receipt of your order details and will not contain links to eGift Cards. Another email containing the link to your eGift Card is delivered separately within 4 hours. Please also note that if you ordered more than one eGift Card, you’ll receive a separate email for each one.
The eGift card is sent within 4 hours to the email address confirmed at checkout. If you do not receive your eGift card or order confirmation, please first check that it isn't in your Junk or Spam mailbox.

You may redeem multiple eGift cards of any available denomination. Each eGift card you order will be sent in a separate email, regardless of denomination and/or brand.
If clicking the Access eGift Card button in your email doesn't work, please copy and paste the entire URL into your web browser address bar. Please try using different browsers available to you as some browser versions might not be supported.
Once you receive your eGift card to your designated email address, you can print it off to use in store where the retailer will scan the code, or (depending on the retailer) you can enter your gift card number at the retailers' online store. You can use your eGift card to make a single purchase (up to or less than the face value of the gift card), or you can choose to use your eGift card for multiple purchases (as long as each purchase is less than the remaining balance on the gift card). The full details of terms of use will be included with your eGift card. Dependent on the retailer, it may take between 30-60 minutes for your eGift card to be activated.
eGift cards can be redeemed at the designated retailer (brand) listed and the retailer (brand) on the eGift card itself.
Expiry varies depending on the retailer. You may view the terms and conditions (validity) located in the link at the bottom of the product description found on the product page the original order was placed.
Yes - you may send the eGift card to a friend or family member by forwarding the eGift card email or providing them with a printed copy.
Once you have placed your eGift card order, you cannot cancel your purchase. Refunds do not apply to eGift cards.

You cannot return a Reward because you change your mind. If the product is faulty, damaged or unfit for use it may be returned within five days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre by calling 1300 650 285 .
A voucher or gift certificate (electronic or paper) redeemed from the Bendigo Bank Rewards Website will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
